Reservations for the FIELD SUITE HAKUBA KITAONE KOGEN 2025 Green Season are now open, starting at 10:00 a.m. today, February 1.

Please note that there are a few changes for this season.

(1) Partial Revision of Services and Prices

For the 2025 Green Season, we have made some revisions to our services and prices. Check-out time will be at 10:00 a.m., and only a 'Lunch Box' will be served for lunch on the second day, while the room rate for the "Outdoor Cabin - JYUBAKO - SUITE" will be the same as that for the 'Tent Suite (Twin)."

Outdoor Cabin -JYUBAKO- SUITE

One of the main advantages of the Outdoor Cabin -JYUBAKO- SUITE is that, while nestled in the heart of nature, you can enjoy breathtaking views from the window beside your bed, yet still maintain a fully enclosed space. This ensures full control over the air conditioning, and if you are not fond of insects, you can minimize contact with them. Additionally, the cabins are equipped with modern amenities, including a shower and a toilet with a hot-wash toilet seat, which is an added comfort.

Tent Suites

On the other hand, Tent Suites offer the best of both worlds: the chance to experience the fresh air of the wilderness while still enjoying comfort. From the privacy of your bedroom, protected by a mosquito net, you can listen to the birds chirping and the wind whispering across the highland. Each Tent Suite also has its own private toilet with a hot-wash toilet seat, just steps off the deck.

Please feel free to choose between the "Outdoor Cabin -JYUBAKO- SUITE" and the "Tent Suite" based on your preference.

Additionally, all guests can enjoy the hot water of Hakuba Happo Onsen (hot spring) brought up from the foot of the mountain in the "Highland Outdoor Onsen" available on the premises.

(2) More Kids' Day Dates Added

FIELD SUITE HAKUBA typically does not accept children under 10 years of age. However, in response to many requests from families wishing to stay together, we introduced a family plan called "Kids' Day" starting in 2023, allowing children under 10 years of age to sleep with their parents on select dates.

Due to the popularity of "Kids' Day" last season, we are pleased to announce that we have added more dates for the 2025 Green Season.

On Kid's Day, it allows families to stay in a Tent Twin (with two double beds), an Outdoor Cabin "JYUBAKO" Suite (with two single beds), or a Tent Triple (with three single beds), where children under 10 can share a bed with their parents. The Tent Twin and "JYUBAKO" Suite can accommodate up to 4 persons (including up to 2 children under 10), and the Tent Triple can accommodate up to 6 persons (including up to 3 children under 10).

Children under 10 (sharing a bed with parents) without meals: 15,000 yen per child (tax included)

*Guests aged 10 and above are charged at the adult rate, and bed-sharing reservations are not available.

(3) Pre-Trip Concierge, etc.

If you're planning to visit Hakuba, our "Pre-Trip Concierge" service will offer recommendations for must-visit places in the area. We also have plans for astronomical observation events. These services, which have been offered in previous seasons, will continue to be available for the 2025 Green Season. (Details about the astronomical observation events will be provided once the plans are finalized.)
