Our concierges have been providing various travel advice to our guests who have visited FIELD SUITE HAKUBA, but there have been many cases where we couldn't provide assistance in time for today or tomorrow's plans, leaving a feeling of "if only we could have given advice beforehand before traveling."

Therefore, starting from the 2023 Green Season, we will be providing a "Pre-trip  Concierge" service where our concierges will give advice on places you should visit before you go on your trip to Hakuba, for guests who have made a reservation with us. The service will start at 10:00 on Monday, May 8.

First of all, we have prepared a customer-exclusive website that introduces recommended routes and spots from our concierges. We will send the login password to guests who have made reservations at FIELD SUITE HAKUBA by email, so we hope you can use it as a reference.
