We have prepared the "Office in the Sky Plan" and the "Private Party Plan" so that the environment of FIELD SUITE HAKUBA, which can accommodate up to 18 people, can be used as a base camp for building such bonds. Please feel free to contact us for other proposals according to your needs.

Office in the Sky Plan

We propose a new work style in which you can use Kitaone Kogen Highland, a superb field with a total area of approximately 15,000㎡ at an elevation of 1,200m in the middle of Happo-one, Hakuba, in the Northern Alps. Why not reserve this exclusive outdoor office space as your new location.

Off-site meetings and creative camps will contribute to team building and help to generate business ideas. During your stay, you will be dined and coordinated in true glamping style hospitality, with all the attention and care you deserve. We will customize the program according to your objectives, such as company trips, training and camps, and building relationships with important customers.

The Reservation Concierge will provide support and suggestions for your daily schedule and other necessary arrangements before, during, and after your stay. We can also set up and coordinate the meeting space on the day of the event.

Additional premium meeting programs and team-building programs can be arranged upon request (Optional, extra charge. Please inquire for details). We can also arrange a private helicopter. (Approximately 80 minutes from Tokyo)

Day One

13:00: Enjoy a train ride to Nagano Station. The Concierge will be waiting for you at the ticket gate upon your arrival. We will also take care of your luggage so you can move freely around until the time of check-in. *Private helicopter service directly to Hakuba is available upon request. (Approximately 80 minutes from Tokyo)

14:30: Welcome reception in the lounge (corporate decorations and other services are available)

15:30: Enhance off-site meetings and team building under a tent Outdoor activities and other customized programs (Some options are not included in the price.) Program (example) ・Off-site meetings with spectacular views of the Northern Alps ・Share values and exchange opinions and solutions while participating in outdoor activities that allow you to experience the great outdoors (trekking, canoeing, mountain biking, etc.) ・Team building work

17:00: At sunset, how about an aperitif meeting or a party on the terrace with a great view? We will provide such a special time for you to overlap your respective visions with a glass of sparkling wine and discuss the future over dinner.

21:00: After dinner, enjoy a moment at the Takibi (Bonfire) Bar. The sound of the bonfire burning and live music playing in the background strengthens the sense of camaraderie among the guests.

Day Two

5:00: Wake up a little earlier than usual to experience the great nature which is unique to this area. You can unite the hearts of all by seeing the impressive view of the sunrise that illuminates the Northern Alps in bright red, which can only be seen here at FIELD SUITE! * We also offer an optional "sunrise balloon" service in which you can ride in a custom-made hot air balloon and enjoy the sunrise from the sky.

7:00: We can arrange the breakfast table to enjoy together or privately according to your preferences. After breakfast, you can take a walk in the forest or trek with the team. After breakfast activities (optional) ・Walking in the forest and inhaling negative ions to boost energy levels ・Guided walks in the Flower Park ・Meditation & Yoga in the morning light ・Canoe lunch on a lake in the middle of nature ・Trekking and taking a lunch box to feel the sense of relaxation You can stay at Kitaone Kogen Highland until 1:00 p.m. After the activity, we will chauffeur you back to Nagano Station.

Private Party Plan

We propose a private party to be spent with your loved ones at Kitaone Kogen Highland, where the trees of the forest and flowers of the highland shine against the majestic backdrop of the Hakuba Three Peaks in the Northern Alps. During your stay, your meals will be prepared by Chef Shingo Suzuki, who trained for six years at Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy and is highly acclaimed by FIELD SUITE HAKUBA guests. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss how we can customize our services according to your purpose so that you can have a wonderful time with your family and friends for birthdays, kanreki (60th birthday), koki (70th birthday), wedding celebrations, and other important occasions.

* Children under 10 years old are not allowed to stay at Snow Peak FIELD SUITE HAKUBA KITAONE KOGEN, but children of any age can stay at the accommodation using the private party plan. Please note, however, that we do not provide amenities for children (nightwear, toothbrushes, slippers, etc.).

Day One

13:00: The venue is Hakuba where participants can gather at a central meeting point from various locations. By car, it takes a similar amount of time to reach Hakuba from Tokyo, Nagoya and Kansai. Our staff will be waiting to greet you at the arrival gate of JR Nagano Station or Hakuba Station for those guests arriving by train.

A field surrounded by nature can also be used as a party venue.

14:30: Welcome drink in the lounge

15:30: Activities that allow you to enjoy the great outdoors in your own way ・Approximately 1 hour trekking with a guide through the forest on the field. Along the way, guests can see spectacular views of the Northern Alps from the observatory. ・Lounge around with your favorite drink. ・Relax in a private open-air bath (hot spring) ・We can also extend a bed on the deck near your room to relax with a body massage (optional).

17:00: At dusk, have an aperitif party on the terrace with amazing views. With sparkling wine in hand, everyone can toast to the celebration. Cakes and bouquets are available (optional). Please take a commemorative photo with the Northern Alps and the sunset in the background. Afterwards, the chefs will prepare a heartfelt course dinner and offer you a memorable time while sipping on Nagano wines.

21:00: After dinner, enjoy a moment at the Takibi (Bonfire) Bar. The sound of the bonfire and live music will provide background music for an unforgettable experience.

Day Two

5:00: Wake up a little earlier than usual to experience the great nature unique to this place. Be sure to take a commemorative photo with the impressive view of the sunrise and the Morgenrot, which can only be seen in the FIELD SUITE. * Morgenrot is a rare phenomenon in which the sunrise illuminates the Northern Alps, turning the mountains bright red and giving them their most beautiful appearance. * We also offer optional "sunrise ballooning" and "morning paragliding" to enjoy the sunrise from the sky.

Make a memorable moment in your life at a Takibi (Bonfire) Bar

7:00: Breakfast will be served at a table arranged according to your preference. After breakfast, enjoy a walk in the forest or trek with everyone. After checking out, you can enjoy a wide variety of activities. After breakfast activities (examples) ・Walking in the forest while breathing in the negative ion ・Guided walks in the Flower Park ・Meditation & Yoga in the morning light ・Canoe lunch on a lake in the middle of nature ・Trekking with a lunch box to Happoike Pond (Approx. 3-4 hours) You can stay in the Kitaone Kogen Highland until 1:00 p.m. After the activity, we will take you back to Nagano Station.
