We posted a warning on our website and also sent precautionary emails to guests whose reservations might potentially have been affected.<\/span><\/li><li><strong><span>September 26:<\/span><\/strong><span> Temairazu, Inc. identified the cause and completed measures to address the issue.<\/span><\/li><li><strong><span>September 27:<\/span><\/strong><span> Temairazu, Inc. informed us that information relating to guests of our property was included within the scope of the data breach.<\/span><\/li><li><strong><span>September 28:<\/span><\/strong><span> Temairazu, Inc. publicly announced the unauthorized access.<\/span><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.temairazu.co.jp\/pdf\/1206\/news-update\"><strong><span>Temairazu, Inc. \u2013 First Notice (Japanese)<\/span><\/strong><\/a><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.temairazu.co.jp\/pdf\/1207\/news-update\"><strong><span>Temairazu, Inc. \u2013 First Notice (English)<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/li><li><strong><span>October 7:<\/span><\/strong><span> Temairazu, Inc. published a further update regarding the unauthorized access.<\/span><br \/><strong><span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.temairazu.co.jp\/pdf\/1210\/news-update\">Temairazu, Inc. \u2013 Second Notice (Japanese)<\/a><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.temairazu.co.jp\/pdf\/1211\/news-update\">Temairazu, Inc. \u2013 Second Notice (English)<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><span>October 20:<\/span><\/strong><span> We are scheduled to submit a joint report with Temairazu, Inc. to the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>&nbsp;<\/p><h3><span>\u25a0 Scope Reported to Us by Temairazu, Inc.<\/span><\/h3><p><span>Guests with reservations made for our property on or before September 21, 2026, whose check-in date is September 21 or later.<\/span><\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><h3><span>\u25a0 Information Reported to Us by Temairazu, Inc.
