Since the opening of Snow Peak FIELD SUITE HAKUBA KITAONE KOGEN in 2019, Yoshihira has served as sommelier, creating meticulous pairings for each course by Chef Shingo Suzuki. In addition, he collaborates with his father-in-law, a geologist, to study the relationship between soil composition and wine flavor profiles.
